For 8 months of 2012, gamers around the world got at their disposal dozens of good games. Today we offer ranking of the best games of 2012 for a personal computer according to the portal MetaGames. Many of them have been eagerly awaited by fans since last year.

The list includes 15 games that received the highest ratings from Russian and foreign specialized publications.

A list of the most anticipated games of 2013 on the PC has been published.

14. Deponia (Adventure, release date August 07, 2012)

- An adventure game where Rufus, who lives on a planet littered with garbage, acts as the main character. The game features a nice interface, easy humor and an interesting plot.

13. Botanicula (Adventure, release date April 19, 2012)

- The quest, the heroes of which are Mr. Tuber, Miss Mushroom, Mr. Acorn, Mr. Perot and Mr. Prutik. Each of them has special abilities that help save a large tree from parasites.

12. Warface (Action / Shooter, Released April 12, 2012)

- one of best online shooters of 2012. According to the plot, a hot war takes place between the units of Warface and Blackwood. The game goes well even on fairly weak computers, and is also shareware, which adds points to it in the ranking.

11. Alan Wake (Action / Adventure, release date February 16, 2012)

- A real mystical thriller from the authors of the famous Max Payne. The main character is a horror writer Alan Wake, who falls into his own not the kindest work.

10. Crusader Kings 2 (Strategy, release date February 14, 2012)

- One of the most anticipated games of 2019. The plot unfolds 20 years after the events of the second part of the cult role-playing game. The game is distinguished by improvements in the combat system and the character development system. You can play as a barbarian, sorcerer, sorcerer, monk and demon hunter. Cooperative mode is available. Brighter graphics and great sound are designed to make the confrontation between good and evil even more exciting.
